DUNHAM FAMILIES of TENNESSEE THIRD GENERATION IN AMERICA

17. DANIEL A. 3 DUNHAM (Daniel 2 Joseph 1 Dunham) b. say 1784; d. in Tipton Co., TN, btw. 1835-1840. He m. in 1805 LOURANIA ADKINS. He sold his land in Nashville, Davidson Co., TN and moved to Somerville, Tipton Co., TN. [1] Daniel A. Dunham appears on the 1830 census in Tipton Co., TN. In 1835 he went to Texas and purchased the Retreat Plantation in Montgomery Co., TX. Daniel 3 Dunham then returned to Tennessee to get his family but he died before the family could make the move to Texas. His family did move to Texas.
