m. JOHN 3 DUNHAM * by 1713 in St. Thomas St. Denis Parish, SC
This John Dunham had land in 1708 adjacent to Joseph Singletary and Richard Singletary in 1710, and near Jonathan Singletary in 1733.
The will of John Dunham in Charleston, SC was dated 28 April 1725 and proved 4 February 1727/8. He names four children, but research done by Rev. James T. Dunnam shows that there was a fifth child named Robert Dunham born in November 1726.

Children of John and Hannah 3 (Singletary) Dunham:
i. John 4 Dunham, b. 1714 St. Thomas St. Denis Parish, SC.
d. after 1740 SC.
NOTE: James T. Dunnam gives 5th child, Robert Dunham, b. November 1726
d. about 1790, Dunham’s Bluff, Marion County, South Carolina
James T. Dunnam carries out this family at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~pastor/dunna.htm
* For a detailed explanation of the possible line of this John 3 Dunham see the article in the Dunham-Singletary Family Connections newsletter, Vol. 3, Issue 3, p. 16-21. The article, A Theory Concerning An Important Missing Link Between Jonathan Singletary Dunham and the Large Clan of “Southern Dunhams,” was written by Sam E. Dunnam.
