:::Benjamin Dunham was a large landholder and was identified with the local interest of the Township of Woodbridge. He became dissatisfied with the teachings of the Presbyterian minister, Rev. Samuel Wade, and in 1711 embraced the views of the Anglican Church. He gave the use of a dwelling house in Woodbridge for the public worship of the Church of England.

:::In 1715 David, Nathaniel and Benjamin Donham were on the list of the New Jersey Militia Regiment under the command of Col. Thomas Farmer. [4]
